My Workflow
Production & Building
I lead full development in Roblox Studio: building environments and core mechanics, directing asset creation and UI implementation, and running constant playtests. I coordinate with any team members (or handle the project independently when needed), track progress daily, and use iterative feedback to polish gameplay and fix issues before launch. Deadline tracking keeps everything moving efficiently.

Launch, Monetization & Live Ops
Once the game is live, I track in-game purchases, analytics, and player drop-offs, making critical decisions on updates and changes needed.
